What Is The Colour Run?

The Soweto Spring Colour Run is a 5km and 8km fun run where finishing time means nothing — colour everything. At every kilometre, volunteers blast you with vibrant powder in a different hue. It's non-competitive, fully inclusive, and bursting with energy and a massive post-race party right in the heart of Jabulani Precinct. Whether you walk, jog, or dance the whole way — you're going to get coloured.
