Common Questions
When will I receive my race pack?
Race packs are collected on the day at check-in. Arrive from 6:30 AM to collect your white T-shirt, colour sachets, headband, and goodie bag.
Can I transfer or defer my entry?
Entries are non-refundable. Transfers to another person are allowed up to 14 days before the event. Email info@sowetocolourrun.co.za to arrange.
How do I become a sponsor or partner?
We'd love to work with you. Email info@sowetocolourrun.co.za with your brand details and a brief proposal and our partnerships team will be in touch.
I'm a journalist / content creator.
Media accreditation is available for the event. Email info@sowetocolourrun.co.za with your outlet details and we'll sort you out with access.
Is there a group discount?
Yes — groups of 10 or more qualify for a discount. Email info@sowetocolourrun.co.za or WhatsApp us with your group size and we'll send you a code.
What if it rains?
The event runs in all weather — rain only makes the colour stick better. The event is cancelled only in the case of a severe weather warning. Registered runners will be notified by email.
